NB Broken HealthCare was founded by Peter Phillips, a New Brunswick author and advocate driven by personal experience and a deep commitment to fixing our province’s failing healthcare system. After witnessing first-hand the long ER waits, lack of accountability, and growing despair among patients, Peter created NB Broken HealthCare to give citizens a unified voice for change.

The movement calls on government leaders to face the realities that New Brunswickers endure every day — from closed emergency rooms to years-long wait times for family doctors and specialists. Through detailed research, public campaigns, and open letters to officials, NB Broken HealthCare pushes for practical, evidence-based reform that puts patients first.
